Miron glass filters out degrading wavelenghts of light, while allowing beneficial wavelengths of sunlight through (UVA & infrared).

Can I use Hydronos in the sauna?
Yes, miron glass is safe at high temperatures. Just make sure you don't expose the bottle to sudden temperature changes. For example, it's fine to bring it into a sauna, but don't take it straight from the sauna and drop it in an ice bath.
When is it the best time to structure my water?
Either during sunrise or sunset when there is more infrared light, or during peak sun hours when there is more UV light.
Either way, if the sun is there, your water will get structured.

Although there is no direct science confirming exactly how long your water will hold it's structure, it is estimated to be around 24-48 hours.
