Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed at our fulfillment center in the Netherlands.
We aim to process orders either the same day, or within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Note: With pre-order, we are going to process your order from the 31st of October onward.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number if applicable.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days

European Union: 3–7 business days

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

United States: 7–14 business days

Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, and external factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Locations

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@hydronos.co to check if shipping is available.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Hydronos is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any fees incurred.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your destination).
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local carrier or neighbors. If the issue persists, contact us at info@hydronos.co.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hydronos.co with your order number and clear photos of the damage (if applicable).
We will investigate and work with the carrier to find a solution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal at delivery, or failure to pick up from a local post office, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs and any return fees.
If you wish to have the order reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
8. Pre-Orders & Launches

For pre-order products, estimated shipping dates will be clearly communicated on the product page. Please note that these are estimates and may change slightly. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
