Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
❌ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must still be unused and unopened and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
